Landscape Crew Member | Join a Growing Production Team
Overview
Join our production landscape team as a Landscape Crew Member and be part of a fast-paced, team-driven operation. This position supports multiple scopes of work across new construction and production environments and is ideal for individuals who take pride in physical work, teamwork, and learning new skills.
We are looking for reliable crew members who show up ready to work, follow direction, and contribute to getting the job done right the first time.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production landscape installations, including sod installation, plant installation, and tree installation
- Support irrigation work as needed, including trenching, pipe placement, head installation, and cleanup
- Perform hand grading and site preparation
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Support overall crew productivity across multiple scopes of work
Requirements
- Previous landscape, irrigation, or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
