Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive to and from job sites across the city and surrounding areas
- Lead landscaping and irrigation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Oversee site operations, making sure tasks meet company standards
- Communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, and crew members
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
- Valid Texas driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in landscaping/irrigation and team leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Mon - Sat schedule, depending on workload
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
